This document sets out the complaint procedures for the Australian National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct (AusNCP) as at July 2022.

It explains how the AusNCP receives, assesses and manages complaints about multinational enterprises under the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.

These procedures replaced the previous 2019 version and reflect updates to the AusNCP’s structure, including the appointment of additional independent examiners.
