What the AusNCP does not cover

In general, the AusNCP does not handle:

  • individual consumer complaints, such as seeking refunds
  • individual employment disputes
  • commercial disputes, such as intellectual property violations
  • complaints against governments.

To get your issue resolved faster and more effectively, we recommend taking your complaint to the most relevant body or mechanism. Furthermore, enforcement of laws should be done through courts and enforcement agencies.
