This document sets out the complaint procedures for the Australian National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct (AusNCP).
It explains how the AusNCP receives, assesses and manages complaints about multinational enterprises under the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct.
These procedures apply to complaints submitted from 9 April 2024 and reflect updates to the OECD Guidelines released in 2023.
