The updated AusNCP Complaint handling procedures are now available.
The revised procedures reflect the 2023 updates to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct.
It includes new material to explain the importance of good faith engagement, how complaints are assessed and features to provide an accessible, impartial and predictable service.
The updated procedures were informed by public submissions made during the 2023 public consultation on the draft revised procedures.
