This document sets out the terms of reference for the Australian National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct (AusNCP) Governance and Advisory Board as at June 2019.
It explains the Board’s purpose, role and responsibilities, and how it supports the AusNCP and the Independent Examiner to meet obligations under the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
