This document sets out the complaint procedures for the Australian National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct (AusNCP) as at October 2020.
It explains how the AusNCP receives, assesses and manages complaints about multinational enterprises under the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
This version reflects reforms introduced after the 2019 AusNCP restructure, including the establishment of an independent examiner and a Governance and Advisory Board.
