This document sets out the complaint procedures for the Australian National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct (AusNCP) used prior to July 2018.
It explains how the AusNCP managed complaints (known as ‘specific instances’) about multinational enterprises under the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
This version was later superseded by the July 2018 procedures (version 2.0) following an independent review of the AusNCP.
