This webinar was the first in a special series co-hosted by the Australian National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct (AusNCP) and the Diplomacy Training Program (DTP).
The webinar introduced participants to the OECD Guidelines. The webinar focussed on its complaint mechanism – the National Contact Point (or NCP).
It also examined:
- good practices in the complaints process
- the benefits of raising issues with enterprises directly in the first instance
- the role of remediation.
