On 15 September 2026, the Australian National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct (AusNCP) published a statement closing a complaint about Qatar Airways Group (Q.C.S.C.).
The complaint was closed by an AusNCP Independent Examiner after the complainants withdrew it through their legal representatives, Marque Lawyers Pty Ltd. You can read the Independent Examiner’s full statement at AusNCP Complaint 30.
The AusNCP’s decision to close the complaint does not mean that the actions of Qatar Airways Group (Q.C.S.C.) are consistent with the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct.
