On 22 May 2026, the Australian National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct (AusNCP) published a statement closing a complaint about Dow Inc. and Bayer AG, and their Australian subsidiaries, Dow Chemical (Australia) Pty Ltd and Bayer Australia Ltd.
The Final Statement did not assess whether the complaint warranted further consideration or whether the actions of the enterprises were consistent with the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct.
