Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The AusNCP is currently monitoring the progress of COVID-19 and how this impacts our daily business. Due to the current circumstances it is likely our timeframes will be delayed and we remain in contact with stakeholders regarding any procedural delays. Businesses are encouraged to utilise our new OECD Guidelines summary checklist as a tool to support high quality decisions during this period of social and economic change.

Governance and Advisory Board

The AusNCP Governance and Advisory Board (Board) provides advice and assistance to the AusNCP and its Independent Examiner, particularly in relation to the handling of complaints and identifying opportunities for promotional work. Members also use their own networks, events and publications to promote the Guidelines and the AusNCP’s services.

The Board helps to ensure that the AusNCP is visible, accessible, transparent and accountable, in accordance with its obligations under the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. Members may be called on to conduct procedural reviews of AusNCP complaints and may be consulted on various operational and administrative matters as needed.

The Board meets biannually and meeting minutes can be found on the publications page.
