On 13 January 2023, the OECD opened its online public consultation on the targeted update to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
This consultation is an opportunity for members of the public to have their say on the future direction of the world’s leading standard for responsible business conduct.
The OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises were last updated in 2011.
Interested parties including business, non-government organisations and unions are invited to provide feedback
