On 24 March 2026, the Australian National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct (AusNCP) published a statement closing a complaint about Ansell Limited, a diversified global manufacturer of hand and body protection solutions for healthcare and industrial workplaces.
An AusNCP Independent Examiner decided not to accept the complaint following an Initial Assessment conducted in accordance with the AusNCP complaint procedures. You can read the Independent Examiner’s full statement at AusNCP Complaint 38.
The AusNCP’s decision not to accept this complaint does not mean that the actions of Ansell Limited are consistent with the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct.
