The AusNCP Governance and Advisory Board:
- gives advice on complaints
- promotes responsible business conduct standards.
These standards are called the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct.
The Board helps make the AusNCP visible, accessible, transparent and accountable. This helps Australia meet its obligations under the OECD Guidelines.
Member responsibilities
The Board meets formally twice each year and communicate throughout the year.
Board members give independent and impartial advice. The advice draws on expertise, organisations and networks.
AusNCP Board members use their networks, events and publications to promote:
- responsible business conduct standards
- AusNCP’s services.
Members may run procedural reviews of AusNCP complaints as needed.
